Start Strong with Living Soil
Healthy plants don’t come from bottled fertilizer alone - they come from living soil. Our kit is designed to restore that biology, whether you’re starting seeds, transplanting, or caring for trees and perennials. The Quickstart Guide below walks you through how to apply it at the right time, with the right method, to unlock healthier soil and thriving plants.
The Immediate Effects
Faster Root Establishment
Healthier, Greener Foliage
Stronger Resistance to Pests & Disease
Larger Yields
Improved Flavor in Fruits & Vegetables

Seeds
Starting a garden from seed is like laying the foundation for a house. The earlier the biology is there, the stronger the plant develops.
-
At planting: Apply a soil drench (SS + EE + GG) directly into the seed furrow or soil.
-
After germination (7–10 days): Begin foliar sprays (EE + GG). These help young seedlings develop resilience and boost nutrient uptake.
-
Continue every 2–4 weeks for stronger, greener seedlings that grow into healthier crops.

Transplants
Moving plants from a starter pot into your garden can shock roots. Our kit helps reduce that stress and build resilience.
-
At transplant: Apply a soil drench (SS + EE + GG) directly into the hole and surrounding root zone. This will coat the roots with biology and improves survival.
-
Ongoing: Foliar sprays (EE + GG) every 2–4 weeks give transplanted crops the boost they need to quickly settle and thrive.
-
Why this matters: Plants treated at transplant often show faster root establishment and less wilt under stress.

Perennials, Shrubs, & Trees
Long-lived plants depend on seasonal rhythms. Supporting them at the right times sets them up for years of growth.
-
Early spring (before growth): Apply a soil drench (SS + EE + GG) at the root zone. This primes soil biology before buds break.
-
At bud swell, bud set, and bud burst: Foliar sprays (EE + GG) give plants protection against stress and help direct energy into strong growth.
-
Through the season: Repeat foliar sprays every 2–4 weeks for resilience against pests, heat, and drought.

Vegetative Perennials
Perennials like herbs, berries, or flowers benefit from biology at the start of each growth cycle.
-
When dormancy breaks: Soil drench (SS + EE + GG) across the area for a base of biology.
-
When new growth is visible: Begin foliar sprays (EE+GG) every 2 - 4 weeks.
-
Why this matters: Timing applications in two-week intervals creates stronger plants that bounce back quickly after stress.

General Rules for All Plants
1. Mix fresh before each application — biology is most active right away.
2. Apply in early morning or late afternoon to avoid heat stress and maximize uptake.
3. Target 70% of leaf coverage when spraying. This ensures plants fully benefit.
4. Don’t double up if you miss a round. Just continue where you left off.

The Bonus Boost

Green Guardian is rich in fish hydrolysate, kelp, and chitin. It smells strong but acts like rocket fuel for soil microbes and signals roots to release sugars. You can build in bonus Green Guardian feeds between your full applications utilizing it every 10–20 days to keep your soil biology thriving.
